SHAUN DOUGHERTY

Shaun was born and raised in Milford, NH and graduated from Milford High School in 1999. After high school Shaun went to the Universal Technical Institute in Chicago, IL where he graduated with a certificate in Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning in 2000. After college he moved back to New Hampshire and began working for Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. as an installer. He worked his way through the organization becoming a service technician and then a service manager. In 2017 Shaun purchased Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. with business partner, Abe Zibolis. Shaun prides himself on ensuring Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. provides excellent quality service, and customer satisfaction. He focuses on sales, management, and assists with service. Shaun is happily married to his beautiful wife Lindsey, and has 5 children, 2 daughters, and 3 sons. When Shaun is not running the company you can find him spending time with his family at his camp, riding his Harley Davidson, or attending Patriots games!
ABE ZIBOLIS

Abe was born and raised in Nashua, NH graduating from Nashua High School in 1995, where he then joined the United States Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic from 1995-1999. After his service in the military Abe went to LCA Technician Institute in Virginia where he graduated with a specialty in HVAC (Heating, Venting, Air Conditioning). While in school Abe worked for BRR Refrigeration in Virginia Beach, as a commercial refrigeration HVAC technician from 1999-2001. In 2001 he moved back to New Hampshire, and began working at Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. located in Nashua, NH. After 15 years of service to Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc., Abe purchased the company in 2017 with business partner Shaun Dougherty. He is dedicated to the growth of his company, and works diligently to grow Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. into a strong and trusted brand which provides quality work and customer service. He focuses on sales, management, as well as assists on install and service calls. Abe is married to his beautiful wife of 21 years, Tina. He has two children, a daughter and a son whom he loves spending time with. When Abe is not at work you can find him riding his motorcycle on beautiful days, spending time with friends and family, and snowmobiling in the winter up North.

Ryan Joyce
Installation and Service Technician. Ryan Anthony Joyce, 29, passed away on April 3, 2010. Ryan was part of the Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. team for many years. He had a warm smile that made you feel loved and a great sense of humor. Ryan was truly blessed to have an incredible group of lifelong friends, with whom he shared countless special times. Ryan will always be missed but never forgotten.
