This job started as a simple service call. Sandy called wanting a replacement for her existing ductless air conditioner in Hudson. It did not take long to determine that the compressor was no good on her 2 zone (brand name) system. Since it was not a Mitsubishi system, we contacted the supply house for the new compressor for this 6 year old system. We were informed that it was no longer available and that she would have to replace both the indoor and outdoor units. We looked at several options with her brand and Mitsubishi. She decided on a Mitsubishi 2 zone Heat Pump, since she had propane heat, this would help lower her heating bill. The other issue was that the contemporary home was facing south-so not having air conditioning was not an option. We moved some appointments around and had her up and running in no time.
