Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. of Nashua, NH recently participated in a trade show at Nashua High School to help train and expose students to the different career paths that are available. Joyce Cooling & Heating Inc. had “Pipeman”. The students were timed to see how long it would take to put together. This was a fun event with great food and great people.
According to a survey by Ridgid, a professional tool maker, only 6% of high school students are considering a career in the trades, yet the need for employees in these jobs is great as the current professionals are aging.

The event is put on every year by the Greater Manchester – Nashua Builders Association in conjunction with Students & Teachers from the Construction Technology, Electrical, HVAC, Woodworking & CADD of Nashua High School.
